Getting Started

Before you begin follow these steps:
1 Complete the Registration Form. This will activate your warranty and register you as the bidet owner.
2 Read all the major heading and sub-heading before you install or use the bidet.
3 If you have questions or concerns, please contact HomeTECH. We are glad to help. When contacting HomeTECH please have the model number of your bidet.
4 If you don't feel confident in your electrical or plumbing expertise we recommend you have a licensed professional install the bidet.
5 After the bidet installation if something seems unusual, please check the "Trouble Shooting" Section, which is designed to help you solve problems before calling HomeTECH's Tech Department.
